• Commit to attending a monthly board meeting.
  
  
• Commit to actively participating on at least two committees.
  
  
• Able to attend at least 75% of the General Meetings.
  
  
• Be an Ambassador for the Chamber.
  
  
• Participate in a Board Member Orientation.
  
  
• Be familiar with the Bylaws, know the legal, fiscal and ethical responsibilities of a Board Member.
  
  
• Support the Board policy once the decision is reached by the board.
  
  
• Commit to serving on at least two committees.
