      The Okotoks and District Chamber of Commerce

       “For the Fun of it” Golf Tournament

      Due to being such a great success last year our golf tournament is back again this year.  See details below and a copy of the registration form can be printed off and faxed to Carol or Alison at the Chamber office 938-6649.

      Where:  River’s Edge Golf Club (nine holes) – Off Highway 2, near Okotoks

      When:  Wednesday, June 20th, 2012

      12:00   Complimentary Golf Clinic

      1:15       Registration

      2:00       Shotgun Start (Texas Scramble)

      Steak Dinner and Prizes to follow

      Exclusive Hole Sponsorship $300 – (Includes GST) – Includes signage,  golf, cart and dinner for one representative from your business and the option to “set-up-shop” on the tee box.

      Shared Hole Sponsorship $200 (Includes GST) – Includes signage, golf, cart and dinner for one representative from your business.

      Golf Entry $80 (Includes GST) – includes golf, cart and steak dinner.

      Individual Dinner Tickets – $30.00

      Club Rentals available at course for an additional charge.  Please inquire.

      Enter as a team and play together or enter individually and meet some new people – the choice is yours.  Come on out and enjoy the day, get to know the other business owners and their employees from Okotoks and surrounding area with a relaxing afternoon of golf.  It will be a “Texas Scramble” format.

Notes for Events

Our venues are subject to change, we will ensure that updated information is posted in our Chamber Newsletter, on this website and in the Western Wheel.

When e-mails are sent to members, it would be appreciated if you would respond with either:

Yes. - I will be attending. or
No. - I cannot attend before the deadline.

This makes it a lot easier for counting the numbers of attendees.

It is important to recognize that if you confirm attendance for the meeting and you do not keep the reservation you will be invoiced as a no-show and you will need to settle this amount before the next meeting. We get charged on the number given, not on the number attending.

You are encouraged to invite and bring guests to our meetings and please remember that the above applies to no-shows.
