Mark is a remarkable individual who has made substantial contributions to the lives of Canada's most vulnerable citizens.  Born deaf, he has dedicated his efforts to eliminating barriers in the workplace and opening doors to employment for people with disabilities.  His advocacy work focuses on inclusion and creating opportunities for those who face unique challenges.
